Running XtendedView today
Tushar Thakur, Founder
Tushar started XtendedView in 2011 as an engineering student in Mumbai and has run it ever since. He holds a degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering and spent the following decade building tech blogs and working on search optimisation and online marketing, including co-founding the agency WebGeeksMedia with Rajesh Namase. At XtendedView he sets the editorial direction and still writes about the gadgets and Windows tweaks that got him started.

Supriya Gharat, Editor in Chief
Supriya leads XtendedView’s research team of five and reviews the articles we publish. Her focus is accuracy and depth: tracing each figure to the organisation that first published it and making sure a page says only what its sources support. She oversees the site’s statistics coverage across AI, cybersecurity, gaming, internet platforms and consumer technology.
Earlier contributors
These writers shaped XtendedView in its first years. Many of their early articles have since been retired or rewritten, but the site owes them a lot.
- Abhijith N Arjunan wrote hands-on tutorials and the occasional gadget review, and made a habit of testing things before writing about them.
- Mark Wilson covered software, apps and tweaks, usually by installing the latest release and seeing what it could do.
- Sohil Memon, an Android enthusiast from Ahmedabad and founder of iDroidSpace, wrote about Android phones and gadgets.
