Terms of Use

Using xtendedview.com means accepting the terms on this page. They are written to be read, not skimmed past: if something is unclear, ask us at [email protected].

1. The site and who runs it

XtendedView is a technology publication that Tushar Thakur founded and still runs. “We” and “us” on this page mean XtendedView; “you” means anyone reading or using the site.

2. Using our content

Articles, statistics pages, images and code we created belong to XtendedView. You’re welcome to:

  • read, print and save pages for your own use;
  • quote short passages or cite individual figures in your own work, as long as you name XtendedView and link to the page you used;
  • share links to any page.

Please don’t republish whole articles or large parts of them, scrape the site in bulk, or present our work as your own without written permission. Material we quote from others remains theirs and is subject to their terms.

3. Citing our statistics

Many readers use our statistics pages in reports, presentations and articles. A citation should link to the XtendedView page and, where it matters, to the original source listed in that page’s references. Numbers can be revised, so check the date shown on the page.

4. Comments

Comments are moderated. By posting one, you confirm that it’s your own words and you give us permission to publish, edit for length or remove it. We delete spam, personal attacks, illegal content, promotional links and anything off-topic. Your email address is never shown; our Privacy Policy covers what we store.

5. Accuracy and liability

Our articles are checked, but everything here comes as it is, with no promise that a page is complete, current or right for your purpose. As far as the law permits, XtendedView accepts no liability for losses that result from using the site or acting on what it says. Our Disclaimer explains this in more detail, including how sponsored content works.

6. Links to other websites

We link to other sites for sources and further reading. What happens on those sites, including whether they stay online, is outside our control.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t try to disrupt the site, get around its security, overload it with automated requests or use it to spread malware or spam. We may block access from anyone who does.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms will change as the site does. The date below marks the current version; if you keep using XtendedView once a new version is posted, the new version applies to you.

9. Governing law

Indian law applies to these terms, and the courts of India decide any dispute about them.
